Currently I am employed as Head of Program Management, at IDS Ingegneria dei Sistemi S.p.A. In this role, I lead a team of Project Managers in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in areas such as Unmanned Systems, Underwater Technologies, and Radio Communications. I ensure strategic coordination, governance, and project success — balancing quality, timelines, and budgets. Alongside this leadership role, I continue to directly manage key strategic projects, maintaining a hands-on approach to critical initiatives and client satisfaction. Ensuring that goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance is another important activity as well as producing accurate and timely reporting of program status to higher organisational level throughout its life cycle. I interface the customer for the programme aspects and demonstrate that all persons appointed to the project have the seniority, authority, qualifications, training and experience appropriate for their assigned tasks.
