About Matteo Graser
Music Festival Consultant | Web Design & UX Professor | Event Organizer I started my career as a chemical technician, then pivoted to communication and design, graduating in Advertising from IED Milan in 2007. After working as an Art Director in Milan and as a Graphic Designer in Sydney, I founded my own studio, supporting SMEs and agencies with web design and digital communication. Since I’ve been deeply involved in the music industry, organizing concerts and cultural events. In 2013 I founded Lumen Festival in Vicenza, a five-day boutique festival mixing live music, electronic sets, food, and light installations. As Founder & Director, I oversee sponsorships, partnerships, communication, audience growth, and the overall festival experience. Today Lumen engages 80+ volunteers, attendees, and collaborations with institutions and major brands. Since 2014 I also teach Web Design and UX at LABA, helping students connect design with real-world cultural projects.
