About Matteo Paganoni

11 years of experience as a geoscientist in research & industry. I work as "Professional Giacimenti / Sr. Reservoir Geologist" for Snam/Stogit and for the JV Snam-Eni for the CCS Ravenna Hub Project. Previously I was Production Geologist at Shell, in the Europe Growth Department (New Business Development). With a focus on delivery, in-depth knowledge and collaboration, I provide geological support and supervision for gas storage projects, growth opportunities (e.g. exploration & development planning) Carbon Capture and Storage projects & divestments. The activities I follow include static reservoir modelling, seismic interpretation, containment risk assessment, MMV planning, geomechanical modelling, geochemical modelling and site/asset screening for new business opportunities. In the projects I've worked for and those I'm currently involved with I gained the capacity to both deliver in a timely and high quality manner and proactively deal with contractors, JV partners and consultancy companies, in order to guarantee quality results, highlighting uncertainties, risks and opportunities.
