About Matteo Pedot

After my experience at Siemens Professional Education in Berlin I started my working experience at Siemens Transformers as a technician for the customer service department, managing installations and maintenance activities on different sites around Europe. During this experience I had the chance to work with many people and be able to deliver results by working with different teams and cultures. After this experience I moved to Siemens in Milan to work as a test technician on medium voltage switchgear and later on I changed my role to product manager covering many aspects of the production from technical support, supply chain management and later a focus on digitalisation of the processes between the manufacturing and the project management to develop a common tool to support the integration between the two departments.
