About Matteo Righetto

I'm Matteo Righetto, Corporate Chef and Export Area Manager at Venix. My journey in the culinary world began at the Gastronomy Academy in Castelfranco Veneto, where I spent five years building a strong foundation in food and kitchen operations. During that time, I also gained hands-on experience working in restaurants across Paris, Venice, and Sardinia during the summer seasons. After graduating, I began my professional career at a restaurant near Piazza San Marco in Venice. I later moved to Padova, where I spent three years in a high-volume kitchen, learning to manage large-scale operations and refining my culinary and organizational skills. Since 2015, I’ve proudly represented Venix as Corporate Chef, traveling to over 90 cities worldwide. These experiences have allowed me to work with chefs from diverse backgrounds, explore a wide range of ingredients, and understand international culinary trends and needs. In 2024, I expanded my role to include Export Area Manager, bringing my technical knowledge and global experience to support our partners and clients worldwide. Passionate about innovation in professional kitchens, I aim to bridge the gap between culinary tradition and cutting-edge technology.
