Lavoro nel mondo alberghiero dal 2007. Negli ultimi 7 anni ho avuto un costante avanzamento di carriera che mi ha portato ad essere Assistente Direttore anche se operativamente ho eseguito le funzioni del Direttore presso Grand Hotel Terme di Comano & Spa. Nel 2012 sono stato affiancato a Franco Grassi (CEO di Hotelbox Italia Srl) che mi ha trasmesso l'esperienza per affrontare l'introduzione del controllo di gestione e yield management. Nel 2014 sono stato affiancato al Temporary Manager Carlo Samuelli (CEO Haute Cuisine Service Sas) da cui ho ampliato la mia esperienza per tutte le attività manageriali alberghiere. Nel 2018 ho ottenuto il certificato DHM (Diventare Hotel Manager) presso la Scuola Italiana del turismo di Firenze. Da qualche mese ho iniziato una nuova esperienza lavorativa con la catena Lefay nel ruolo di Resort Controller del nuovo Lefay Resort Dolomiti di Pinzolo.
