About Matteo Spaziani

I am an experienced head of multi-country teams with a demonstrated track record in the utilities industry with multi-national footprint. I developed my career in the industrial Operations field, initially as a strategy consultant in Roland Berger, supporting clients in boosting efficiency in their processes, then directly managing the complexity of those processes on the Industry side: starting from Alitalia, as responsible for the planning of the supply chain, then in Enel, holding many different positions, culminating in the responsibility of managing the Supply Chain of Fuels and Wastes (from the sourcing of contracts to the logistics) at country and global levels. Since 5 years I completely changed my perspective, engaging myself in Human Resources Operations: people Organization, Planning, Rewarding, Development and Training. I am currently the Head of Organization and Rewarding for all 4 Enel Business Lines and Shared Services, leading the Organizational development (and full Restructuring in some cases) and the Rewarding for almost the entire Enel Group, comprising more than 55k people - in more than 20 countries
