About Matteo Tosin

I am a young professional with a technical diploma in mechanical fields. However, I have always nurtured a strong curiosity for other aspects related to both professional and personal growth. I began my career at 2a SpA – High Pressure Die Casting (a prestigious multinational, and one of the few companies in Italy operating in this sector): March 2015 – Technical Office Support September 2015 – Project Management October 2016 – September 2018 – Training course in ProCast (Finite Element Simulation), followed by an apprenticeship as Mechanical Designer and Simulation Engineer, supporting the Product Development Department. Afterwards, during and after the Covid period, I decided to deepen my knowledge of the IT field, starting with a Full Stack Development course (600 hours + 400-hour internship). I am fluent in English, with solid problem-solving skills, strong resilience under stress, and a natural predisposition for teamwork. I bring clear communication, professional presence, a methodical yet flexible mindset, and tenacity. Over time, I have built the discipline required to face both the critical and physiological aspects of work performance with clarity. I am capable of recognizing my emotions, I understand the value of empathy (and actively work to strengthen it), and I practice assertiveness to project a positive influence on others—especially when dealing with failure, which I consider the best teacher, if accepted as such. My philosophy is to see challenges as opportunities to learn and to rise above them. This is my personal growth journey, and I have chosen to share it with you.
