Currently I am working as a IT Problem Management Owner responsible for EMEA In the past I worked as a Global Manager of Onsite Support people with knowledge is based on Linux, Mac and MS Systems which are supporting locations in EMEA, Americas and APAC. I have a long experience of motivating and organizing individuals and teams, to deliver on time and to a high standard, on a Management level. I do work focused and I am result driven. I communicate well and efficiently on a individual and group level, Professional documentation, presentation and reporting skills are one of my strengths, and one of the important part “I do get things done” Good skills in implementation of new Enterprise systems, upgrading or replacing current systems are not new on a project level Also leading IT operations teams to deliver 24/5 support for transaction intensive and high availability environments stretched over multiple continents. Flexible and agile to Business demands on the IT services and able to change to focus of a team to adjust as the climate changes.
