About Matthew A. Seitz

With 16+ years at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, I’ve built a career at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, technology modernization, and mission delivery. I started as a GEOINT analyst providing imagery and full-motion video analysis to senior policymakers, and have since led efforts that fundamentally changed how the U.S. and its allies access and use geospatial intelligence. As a Technical Product Manager, I built and scaled the GEOINT App Store—growing user engagement by 100x and saving $6.5M annually. Overseas, I led a global team of 30 engineers integrating geospatial tools across 30+ NATO and allied partner nations, cutting intelligence delivery timelines by 90% and reducing costs by $15M. More recently, I’ve driven enterprise IT operations improvements using the ITIL 4 Framework, improving change management efficiency by 60%.I’m passionate about solving hard problems where technology meets mission—whether that’s integrating machine learning into intelligence workflows, modernizing enterprise IT, or building platforms that scale across international partnerships.
