I’ve spent the last decade winning, expanding, and renewing complex service agreements with some of the world’s largest companies— engagements that hinge on trust, executive alignment, and patient follow-through. Navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups, I translate business objectives into solutions that feel tailor-made and stay relevant as needs evolve. An economics background steeped in mathematics and statistics trained me to test every assumption and explain the numbers in plain English. That rigor helps me surface insights that matter to CFOs while giving my own teams a clear view of what’s working—and what isn’t. Fluent in C#, the.NET stack, and Python, I’ve rewritten much of the codebase that powers Microland’s repair, staging, and support operations. An automation- and AI-first approach lets us take on greater volume without adding headcount, so conversations with clients focus on outcomes, not capacity limits. I also founded Skadi.ca, an e-commerce marketplace for certified-refurbished tech. Working directly with OEMs and retailers showed me how sustainability, margin protection, and customer experience can reinforce one another when the incentives are designed well.
