He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education and Psychology at the University of Navarra, researching school leadership training programs that promote student character development in diverse cultural contexts. His academic interests include: Virtuous leadership & ethical school governance Positive psychology & institutional well-being Community formation & holistic student development Servant leadership & character education With a Master’s in Education from Lehigh University, Matthew spent over a decade as an international school counselor, educator, and administrator, leading student interventions in academic, personal/social, and career development. Consulting & Leadership Development As an independent educational consultant, Matthew guides students, families, and institutions through the complexities of higher education and leadership development.
