A good leader is a dealer in hope ~N The leadership motto I take to heart is:"mission first, people always". I can't count the number of times that focusing on personal growth and building better relationships with my team mates has improved a situation more than any wizzbangs or fancy tactics ever did. Taking care of the people to your left and right is the bedrock of everything we do in the Army, and I carry that sentiment through to my personal life. I've attended the Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, the Army Leadership Training Course, US Army Airborne School, the US Marine Corps Mountaineering Course, US Army Armorer Course, the Military Radio Telecommunications Operator Course, and the Combatives Course. I am US Army parachutist qualified, as well as having received Australian and Japanese parachutist wings, with more than 35 jumps on my record. My immediate career goal is to attend the Jump Master School and Captain's Career Course.
