I have always considered myself to be a forward-thinking individual. I love taking risks and introducing new creative ideas in my work. Initially, my creative tendencies led me to pursue a career in the Food industry to help create fresh, novel, and innovative ideas. In this industry, I had the opportunity to pursue Catering management for Guckenheimer and Café and General Management for Bon Appétit. It is in these positions that I had the opportunity to spearhead recruitment through innovative talent acquisition strategies, effective full recruitment cycles, and high rates of employee retention. I now make use of creativity and forward-thinking to implement strategies that attract the most qualified candidates and keep them satisfied in their position. After 11 years of recruitment experience in the Food industry, I am ready to take my skills and experience to new fields as I look into bigger scale talent acquisition opportunities.
