Are you the person you are meant to be? A question my daughter asked my wife and I at the ripe age of FIVE. Her innocent riddle has swirled in my head ever since. There is no “true” answer for me other than to live life with intention. What is my intention? • Avoid “escaping reality” by embracing sobriety • Push my body & mind everyday • Find comfort in discomfort • Focus on my inputs and not the outcomes • Live in abundance • Make an impact • Be forever grateful I spent 20 years of my career serving Entrepreneurs as a business advisor, tax strategist, and “therapist”. During my tenure in Public Accounting, I was exposed to a variety of problem-solving opportunities, I had my mind open to what one can achieve with deep focus, and exposure to the possibilities that exist in all of us. My time in the "trenches" taught me more than I could ever imagine and allowed me to unlock my superpower….an ability to deconstruct the complex, reassemble into simple steps, and build teams to execute. For those familiar with EOS…I was born to be an INTEGRATOR. This wasn’t luck. This was laser focus on intentionally asking myself, am I the person I was meant to be? I have found my superpower. I have found an environment that encourages me to “flex” my superpower. I am lucky enough to have found an opportunity to work with a VISIONARY that is my perfect complement. What next? Our mission is to build a collection of companies that make a massive impact on the employees, customers, community and the world (eventually).
