About Matthew Arnold

Matthew Arnold started his employee benefits career in 1996 serving global partners, clients and customers with Aetna Inc. acting in the positions of Director of Provider Relations, Sales Manager and National Accounts Vice President for the State of Indiana. After a decade of carrier employment Matt changed his focus to global employee benefits/human resource consulting. In 2002 Matt served as the Employee Benefits Sales Leader for the state of Indiana for Mercer Health & Benefits. Later Matt brought his global consulting expertise to Apex Benefits as a Principal Consultant serving clients of all sizes. In 2013, Matt formed Fresh Fuel LLC a company developed to allow for healthy eating practices by providing employers the platform to offer customized menus of healthy food for their constituents. Today, Matt provides national group employee benefits consulting expertise for Brown & Brown Insurance.
