I've worked with the airline / travel / customer service industry for more than 17 years. In my time with Hallmark Aviation, I worked with many airlines in San Francisco International Airport; such as Aer Lingus, Philippine Airlines, Allegiant, Emirates, Frontier Airlines, All Nippon Airways, EVA Airways, Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines, as well as Hallmark Central Baggage Services. I started as agent, and through the years I advanced to supervisory / management role. In 2012, worked as a Business Manager with Hallmark, handling Emirates in Dallas/ Fort Worth International Airport. In 2013 I moved back to SFO as Deputy Business Manager, working with Frontier Airlines, All Nippon Airways, EVA Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Airlines. I worked with Travana as a Global Customer Resolution Specialist assisting customers in booking new travel (flight/hotel), changing their reservation, working with Amadeus GDS I worked with John Paul Group as a Corporate Concierge assisting high net worth clients with a variety of needs including travel for air, hotel, rental car, private transportation, dining recommendations and reservations, securing event tickets, and more. I work with Ten Lifestyle Management as a Travel Support Specialist, supporting Lifestyle Managers in my company with issuing flight tickets, exchanges, refunds, online bookings and other internal booking support. My current role with Ten is as a Senior Lifestyle Manager, assisting members including ultra high net worth members from various corporate accounts with their travel, dining and ticket needs.
