About Matthew B. Brown

From a young age, I have always enjoyed experimenting with electronics, computers, robotics, and mechanics. I took electronics and robotics classes in high school and have built dozens of computers at home in my spare time. I enjoy keeping up on the latest technologies and seeing what ways people push the envelope of technology. I also enjoy social interaction and have always prided myself on my interpersonal communication abilities. At home, at school, at church, and in many other settings, I like to help people see eye to eye to increase productivity, efficiency, relationships, etc. I possess a nice balance of logical understanding as well as understanding of human nature and personalities. I enjoy helping people solve problems and watching them learn. I believe that proper communication and understanding can go a long way and is key for true success and innovation. People who enjoy what they do are the ones who do it best. It's ok to think outside the box and try new methods or ideas. A little bit of effort to understand the work of others can be priceless. My ideal future includes working for company who's goal is to change the world, but I don't just want to be along for the ride. I want to work shoulder to shoulder with my colleagues to achieve success. Lead when I need to, follow when it's best for everyone. Enjoy a good balance of work and family. I want to feel good about how I spend my time both at work and at home. I don't need to be recognized but I want to see that my efforts are making a difference. My career will be something I can be proud of.
