About Matthew Baume

Just graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and a specialization in Entrepreneurship. During my time on campus, I took every opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I was an active member of Delta Chi Fraternity, where I sharpened my leadership and collaboration skills. I also served as a Lead Ambassador for the Culverhouse College of Business, helping connect current students to career resources and professional development workshops—something I’m proud to have been part of. Beyond the classroom, I gained experience in client outreach and lead generation—scheduling meetings, pitching services, and helping bring in 30 new clients by delivering real value and clear KPIs. I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, building relationships, and leading from the front. This September, I’ll be heading to Officer Candidate School to pursue a commission as a Marine Corps Officer. Let’s connect—I’m always open to great conversations, new challenges, and meaningful work.
