With over 18 years of experience at Microsoft and partner consulting companies, I've gained a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to achieve outstanding results. When I'm not working, I am an avid volunteer and spend much of my free time coaching for my local town's girls youth hockey program. It brings me great joy to help these amazing girls develop their skills and confidence on the ice, and to see them push themselves to be the best they can be. Giving back to the community is an essential part of who I am, and I carry that same level of dedication into my professional life. In order to stay active on the ice, I also ski, run road races and ride the Peloton. I cherish spending time with my family going on short and long trips. In my professional life, I've led successful operational strategies, driven revenue growth, and served as a technology expert in the public sector. I'm proud to have started the public sector practice at my previous company and grown it to a rate of over $5 million in just three years, representing a growth rate of over 50% annually! To achieve success, I believe in setting ambitious goals for my team and supporting them in every way possible.
