I am a senior software engineer and team lead with 15+ years experience who enjoys technical challenges and working with a team to create excellent products. I have worked with a number of platforms and technologies to create multiple full products and MVPs. I enjoy learning new skills and owning areas of responsibility within an organization. Working together with the product owners and providing early feedback and prototypes allows the features that are actually needed to be focused on and delivered. I strongly believe that upfront automated testing and multiple early interactions with clients prevent many later problems. I have helped to create automated regression testing systems and continuous development processes that enable high speed development with rapid feedback to the team and product owners. I have been involved in the improvement of existing external applications and adding new functionality to them.
