About Matthew Bennett

A technically minded Civil Service analyst with over 10 years’ experience working to support the business with digital, organisation and operational change. I enjoy understanding how systems and processes work together – where they don’t – and helping bridge knowledge gaps between stakeholders so that I can improve how teams work. I’ve worked closely with a range of stakeholders across digital, project delivery and operational teams to deliver small scale fixes to our IT systems and ensure that larger IT changes always meet the needs of users and the business. I’m particularly interested in identifying the root causes of complex and persistent issues and using technology to improve how things work for users. I take a thorough and methodical approach to my work and bring curiosity and adaptability to everything I do.
