As an Associate Attorney at Saiber LLC, I handle complex insurance coverage litigation and counsel insurance company clients on a broad range of coverage issues. I have successfully represented insurers in coverage disputes relating to general and excess liability, environmental and pollution liability, commercial auto and first party property in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. I have a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University. I have developed strong legal writing, research, and analysis skills, as well as the ability to draft motions, notices of appeals, and memoranda of law on various contract and case law topics. I am motivated by the challenge of finding creative and effective solutions for my clients and achieving favorable outcomes in complex and high-stakes cases.
