About Matthew Bollom

I define and manage the test software strategy for NI's Portfolio Business Unit by working to understand customer needs, market evolutions, and to build business cases to ensure customer success and my business continues to grow. I lead cross-functional teams spanning from sales, support, marketing, operations, finance, digital, and product to understand the capabilities and investments required to execute and get buy-in for my strategy in pursuit of financial targets that I own on behalf of the business unit. Areas of interest include customer experience and customer success using automated engagement techniques. Prior to this, I managed NI's InsightCM enterprise condition monitoring business. I focused on market development, product enhancements, and the introduction of a new hardware product line through close partnerships with R&D, business development, sales, and partners. As the business and partnerships grew, I worked with NI's Corporate Development team to lead the divesture of this business to Cutsforth to ensure continued customer adoption and better service experiences. I graduated in May 2013 from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering and certificates in Computer Science and Technical Communication.
