About Matthew Boman

I give more opportunities to students through their passions. I take high school and college student's passions and use that to improve their lives. Through the use of video games I work to change the opportunities that students can gain for college and in their careers. I work with the students who never found something at school that called to them and allow them to connect and grow with similar students. I am a passionate, driven, and ambitious program manager who has worked developing esports programs and tournaments for over 5 years. Since 2018, I have established one of the largest school programs from foundation to national attention. Through this, I have grown to excel at communication through communicating with high school teams, supervisors and parents, project management, organizational skills, as well as team-building and leadership. I hope to provide opportunities for every student in California to gain the opportunity to compete and grow through esports. I hope to reach through creating tools for schools to incorporate esports into their curriculum and to create tournaments that foster competitive growth.
