About Matthew Brosius

My experience leading, managing, and conducting operations started when I was in the Marine Corps leading a team of 4 Marines when I was 20 years old. Over the years, that grew to 250+ personnel conducting complex operations internationally. The environments and operations changed, but the skills required to lead and manage those operations did not. I learned to quickly adapt to operational changes and identify those I can lean on to quickly understand the complexities around my work. This enables me to effectively use the Program/Project Management skills I’ve learned in any environment, and for any mission. Whether focusing on human resources, risk management, financial planning, AGILE methodologies, training development, or personnel and operations management, I ensure the “end goal” is at the forefront of my actions. I treat people as people and work to ensure the entire team is moving towards the same goal, success.
