Did you know that structures that implement bamboo in their buildings are less susceptible to earthquakes? It's because the bamboo flexes and absorbs some of the energy that comes their way. We must also use this idea in our everyday lives: to have a strong foundation capable of allowing us to be flex and absorb the ground-shaking forces around us to continue to stand tall. Currently, I am the Human Resources Coordinator for Silgan Dispensing. I am in charge of recruiting for all locations across the state of Connecticut, while also assisting the Regional Human Resources Manager and the team on general tasks. I have earned by Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as an MBA with a focus on corporate innovation, from Post University. While I am passionate about my career and my career path, my passions also lie in fashion, reading, music, and houseplants. I am looking to connect with like-minded people in the Human Resources field, as well as those interested in my passions as well.
