About Matthew Brown

Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed finding opportunities to take on challenges that enable me to combine my technical acumen and communication skills in order to convey complex issues to a general audience of end users. I’ve demonstrated success in diverse industries, including telecommunications and nonprofit, and I have a work ethic and ability to lead and mentor teams that is second to none. I constantly strive to achieve or exceed set objectives while maintaining strong client/customer relations. My achievements include leading a project at the Fine Arts Building (winner of a design award in 2020) as an Installer at System Tech, Inc; overseeing Field Representatives and leading a Travel Team for the U.S. Census Bureau; and representing AT & T online in third-party forums to fix problems/customer complaints as a Systems Technician. My experience is diverse and my achievements are consistent. I’m always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes that consistently lead to the organization’s success.
