Business-focussed digital account director with over ten years working with a host of blue chip financial services and asset management firms. Responsible for defining, implementing, measuring and refining digital strategies and projects across multiple channels, with a keen emphasis on CRM, email marketing and marketing automation. My primary expertise is in asset management marketing, delivering successful digital strategies and campaign management wholesale, institutional and direct consumer channels. Working with over 40 fund groups over the last 10 years has given me deep insights into how to successfully deliver an effective digital marketing programme with demonstrable return on investment. I see the value in what we do in bringing together sales and marketing, aligning them with the same goals, tools and processes and then delivering on those plans to return genuine revenue growth to the business.
