I am a non-profit professional with 10 years in community engagement and corporate philanthropy. I have worked for various purpose-driven organisations and co-created numerous impactful initiatives that transform communities and the environment through innovation and partnerships. These include 5+ grant and income-generating projects in youth empowerment, digital inclusion and social justice, and 70+ corporate purpose programmes such as corporate volunteering, giving and donations and employee engagement. Well-versed in project and stakeholder management, with thorough experience in project development and execution of different scales and a strong NGO and philanthropy organisation network. Throughout my career, I have been working with companies in terms of corporate responsiblity and community egagement and investment to drive advocacy efforts, events and community education and training, directly working with CSR/sustainablity advocates and leaders of 20+ corporate clients including Microsoft Hong Kong, UBS, S&P Global, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs and American Express. I had an event planning background and a short stint in a Career with skills regarding organisational training and diversity, and inclusion. Well-trained with an entrepreneurial mindset and co-founded 'Salt & Pepper', a social innovation incubation that promotes active ageing of male retirees.
