As an experienced civil litigator in some of the most litigious jurisdictions in the United States, I have an extensive history representing both companies and individuals in complex and high-stakes litigation. My current practice includes the defense of cases involving personal injury/wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, pubic utility liability, municipal liability, construction/real estate, and appeals.
