E3: Endurance is the seventh USA Triathlon Certified Performance Training center in the nation. Having been a professional endurance sports coach for the last twelve years, it was my dream to put all my abilities and services under one roof. At E3, I develop and facilitate the training, testing, and coaching of endurance sports athletes from ages 5 to 75. Our square foot facility located in Greensboro, North Carolina features a state of the art training center that includes an Endless pool, multi rider cycle studio, a Retul innovative Fit Lab, and countless other equipment designed to make any athlete a better athlete. At E3: Endurance, our expert staff will determine your current fitness levels through physiological testing of VO2, Lactate, Body Composition and Resting Metabolic Rate. Then we determine baseline sport specific abilities before designing personalized training protocols to achieve an athletes desired outcome, whether that is to complete their first triathlon, qualify for the Boston Marathon, CAT up in cycling, or improve your swimming efficiency. Our mission is to help our clients reach their goals by providing them with the best coaching, training, products, and equipment the endurance sport industry has to offer.
