As a seasoned manager with a wealth of experience gained in the utility sector, I have a proven track record of delivering results in high pressured, customer driven environments. Through vigorous management of a team of field supervisors and technicians, I ensure that we consistently deliver on our contractual obligations, whilst remaining fully aligned with the client’s specific requirements. An integral part of the role is the need to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring that we are consistently exceeding expectations. I consistently integrate and grow the water efficiency contract within the BSI accreditation. My experiences has seen many notable successes, one highlight being the delivery of over home water efficiency appointments, whilst ensuring an average C-Mex score of 9.8 out of 10 for the last five years, an exceptional achievement. An advocate for upskilling, I am currently studying towards my PRINCE2 in Project Management to further expand my skill set. Overall, I am an adaptable and driven manager with an impeccable track record of exceeding KPIs, delivering on targets and cultivating strong customer relationships.
