About Matthew Comiskey

For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my professional career to applying my creative and design abilities for various organizations. Starting as a Staff Designer/Drafter, I was responsible for board drafting and marker rendering in a manufacturing environment, allowing me to develop and utilize this experience to help build and enhance my design career. In my current role as Creative Director, I oversee and lead the organization’s creative and engineering team activities, including collaborating with customers, designers, project managers, and sales representatives to plan, execute, and complete projects on-time and on-budget. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a results-driven, dedicated, and accomplished Creative Director with a track record of leading the design and creative process and teams for diverse corporations, producing tens of millions of dollars in revenue in product rollouts. I have the demonstrated ability to tell and express engaging brand stories in the retail space. Adept at planning, managing, and completing multiple projects, including working with project parameters, brand standards/image, legal approvals, and schematics. As a versatile professional, I am capable of adjusting to the ever-changing client needs and demands, while ensuring all project deliverables are produced on time and on budget. I am knowledgeable of the fabrication/build and installation processes, including architecture and fixtures. As a leader, I have trained, developed, and motivated team members to meet and exceed organizational and individual goals.
