About Matthew Conrad

I have over 20 years experience working with diverse groups of individuals and teams using distinctive processes to develop unique products. I have worked in the military, city government and private corporations which has given me experience in knowing what to do when issues escalates and when to seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. With my years of supervision, leading a team of fourteen instructors, I have had successes at all levels of management. My ten years as an instructor in fields as distinctive as customer service, leadership, and criminal justice has given me a unique perspective in how to work with all levels from the new hire to the experienced professional. I have demonstrated knowledge of processes and related systems as an analyst for the City of San Antonio. As an Instructional Designer I know how to research, analyze and apply procedures to ensure accuracy of output and adopts continuous improvement approach. Specialties: Leadership, team building and management as well as instructional design for both facilitator led and computer based training.
