About Matthew Cordisco

For real estate services, I specialize in property transactions in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. I have been active in the real estate industry since 2010 and a full-time service professional since 2015. Over that time period I refined the skills and wisdom necessary to help many clients save money on their transaction, make money from their property, and avoid headaches and pitfalls during real estate transactions. I also facilitated short term rentals for homeowner clients who utilized their property for additional income, overseeing everything from writing leases and executing pre check-in services and routines to post check-out inspections and cleaning, attaining an average rating of 4.57/5.0 with over 170 reviews on Airbnb as a Host. With regard to writing, I am experienced in creative writing and editing such. I have written a number of blogs including Living Pocono (still active), MoviePilot (no longer active), Active Rain (dormant), The Zombie Apocalypse And You!(dormant), A Good Chuckle (dormant), and In The Woods Entertainment (active). I also regularly write scripts to produce. I have quite a bit of experience performing.
