As a passionate culinary professional completing my two-year externship with Sea Island Resort, a Forbes 5-star-rated property, I’m currently honing my skills in the esteemed Georgian Room, the resort's fine dining restaurant. Throughout my journey, I’ve gained valuable experience across a variety of culinary environments, from fine dining and fast casual to Southern cuisine, French brasserie, A la carte breakfast, and high-volume banquets. Under the mentorship of Culinary Director Chef Dan Zeal, I’ve had the opportunity to work across five distinct resort outlets, assist in executing wine cellar tasting menus, contribute to R&D for new menu creations, and support off-premises catering and private events. My knowledge extends to full-service restaurants, in-room dining breakfast and member/guest catering experiences. Before my time at Sea Island Resort, I gained valuable experience at Beacon Hill Country Club in New Jersey, followed by over a year of employment and four years of working at a high-volume restaurant. My culinary education includes an Associate’s Degree in culinary arts from Brookdale Community College and a Pastry Certificate. In addition to my culinary career, I’m currently finalizing my Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University, which will conclude in May. I am now seeking a fine dining opportunity in the NYC area as a Line Cook. I am eager to continue honing my skills and contribute to a renowned restaurant. My combination of culinary expertise, strong knowledge of hospitality, and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional service will contribute to maintaining the high standards of fine dining at your establishment
