As a Homes Project Manager at Opendoor, I managed the execution of detailed repair and renovation scopes on time and on budget. I have a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from North Carolina State University and a certificate in Python, SQL, and DevOps from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp. I have developed core competencies in project management, data analysis, customer service, and application testing.In my last role, I supervised and coordinated multiple contractors as they complete renovations, utilizing and creating SQL reports to monitor job metrics and performance. I also supported product development by testing new applications for UX and bugs, and providing feedback on application quality and UX improvements. I am passionate about creating value for homeowners and buyers by transforming homes with innovative technology and design. I enjoy collaborating with team members all over the country throughout the renovation and sale process, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous roles in custom home building and agricultural business.
