Global Reference Model: I developed a comprehensive Global Reference Model to document end-to-end financial processes and facilitate the smooth transition to SAP S4 accounting systems. Process Optimisation: I conducted in-depth analyses of manual postings to eliminate non-value-added effort by entity finance teams. Balance Sheet Reconciliation: I re-designed the balance sheet reconciliation process, introducing new policies and materiality thresholds to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Automation: Implemented an automated prepaid expense posting system via a dedicated SAP module to reduce manual journal submissions and improve financial data quality.
