My career thus far has involved highly technical and dangerous work under water, solving mechanical problems, resolving team issues and improving efficiency as a supervisor, and helping diverse groups with safety concerns as a consultant. I am always up for a new challenge, but I am confident that my skills would be best utilized in a role where I can promote safe and efficient teamwork. Over the years I've found that the best way to ensure that the team I am working with has good leadership is to be the kind of leader I would want to work for. Whether we are repairing nuclear reactors underwater, building furniture, making essential parts for the automotive industry, organizing inventory and product flow, or teaching valuable health and safety skills, a positive attitude, eye for detail, open communication, and pride in quality all help in keeping a good team on the path to success.
