About Matthew Crowsey

I started out not knowing what to do after High school to be honest. I knew I was motivated and not deterred from most situations that seemed bleak. I tried a bit of college and having a job with a customer care call agency, Service Zone, contracted under Dell. I found that I liked helping people and wanted to do more to further helping people through a greater cause. I joined the Army. After 10 years of the United States Army, I have decided to leave the Army of my own decision. I have had an excellent time as a Calvary Scout, Supply Specialist and helping with the human resource side. I have deployed 3 times during the Iraq campaign. My areas of expertise have been security of multiple posts, supply routes and various combat related missions in the United States Army. Supply clerk is what Supply sounds like: Fast-paced and hardworking, behind the scenes type of job. Keeping the Army's finest geared with the finest equipment possible. Human resource position was a selected job from a supervisor. Helping people in-process and get to know the surrounding area and personnel that they report to. I have had a great career with the Army and have had no negative/adverse actions in my career. Everyone I had come into contact with leaves with a happier, more motivated outlook on their job due to the fact I am a positive motivator. I bring a exciting, confident and motivated attitude to any situation. I have a great vocabulary and great speaking skills. I love to be around and involved with people. I am currently looking for work to further my education in law. I am going to be seeking employment in law enforcement. To help communities and with safety. That is what I am projecting but nothing set in stone. I get out of the military in 3 months and going to further my education and straight to work. I do like to be active in terms of work. I love to positively motivate people. Motivation is a prime skill of my attitude/work habit.
