I have a proven track record of advancing strategy, community development and human rights in various sectors, including government, non-profit, and cultural institutions. As President and CEO of United Way Winnipeg, I am excited to lead this 60-year civic institution into the future. With a new strategic plan, incredible volunteer leaders, dedicated and generous donors, member agencies that show up for community every day, and a staff team driven by passion and kindness all year long, I know that we will continue to foster a Winnipeg where everyone can realize their potential-because we work united. I am honoured to do this work in Winnipeg, within Treaty No. 1 Territory, the traditional lands of the anishinaabeg (Ojibway), ininiwak and īthiniwak (Cree), anishininiwak, Denesuline, and Dakota k'a Nakota Oyate, and the birthplace and national homeland of Red River Métis.
