I am currently a Senior Department Operations Manager in Enterprise Payments within the Enterprise Consumer Payment Operations team at Capital One Bank. In this role I managing inbound and outbound indirect payments for the various lines of business at Capital One (Card, Auto Finance, Trade Credit. My team manages 6 different vendors to support Mail, Bill Payment, Branch and ATM payments with a budget (vendor) of $15M annually.I use data to make VP+ recommendations for policy change while setting up a structure that is interchangeable through the different processes I am accountable for. I drive process change through new systems or technology and a leader of multi-team projects. Vast experience in project work related to operations or process change. Responsible for the end to end risk management, fraud and compliance processes.While I was managing Capital One's Melville Lockbox location I was responsible for over 50 non-exempt associates and 3 people leaders focusing on servicing Commercial and Treasury Management clients.As manager of the wire operations team at Capital One I managed 25 associates across two sites, one in Melville NY and the other in Richmond VA.
