About Matthew Digregorio

Matthew brings over 15 years of account and relationship management experience in multiple areas within the insurance and consulting industry. He has extensive experience in corporate account management consistently exceeding expectations and goals set by clients. Matthew now serves as a Senior Vice President for Lockton located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He acts as a conduit to all of Lockton’s consulting and insurance practices including employee benefits brokerage, 401k advisory, compensation consulting, property casualty and financial professional lines brokerage, etc. Prior to joining Lockton, Matthew worked as a Principal with Marsh and Mercer in Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale. Prior to his corporate accounts experience, he worked with Nationwide, a national leader in personal lines and small commercial insurance. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree at Temple University with a major in Risk Management & Benefits with a minor in Healthcare Risk Management. He also obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration at MCC College. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Co-founder & Board member of South Florida Business Forum, Board Member of Junior Achievement Development Committee, Board Member of Financial Executives International, Chairman for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation Taste of South Florida event, and member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation South Florida Office Broward-Boca Raton Advisory Board. He is licensed in Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Accident, Property and Casualty.
