With over 15 years risk experience, I have had exposure to Regulatory Risk, Market & Investment Risk, Operational Risk, and Change Management Risk. Experience and Achievements throughout these roles include- Successful ASIC AFSL licensing for general and life insurance businesses- Setup of a compliance framework including policy, procedure, breaches, complaints including setup and maintenance of key Group policies and procedures- Setup and implemented the substantial shareholder disclosure function for CBA -Timely advice of management of conflicts of interest, equity research compliance, control room activities and Chinese wall management- Training of several hundred staff conducted face to face in target small groups and via broad based auditorium style sessions- Subject matter expert for AML3, FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) projects- Management of a diverse portfolio of individual, small businesses and large corporate clients providing tax, accounting and audit services.
