Development & Construction Procurement• Oversees development for all contract types• Leads proposal interviews with Clients to secure new work• Reviews Agreements and PO's in conjunction with legal• Oversees processes for scope development and buyout to ensure repeatable successProject Management• Leads multiple member teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and customer success factors• Negotiates contracts and leads overall budget management • Lead and Mentor new team members and trained on company best practices• Oversees project progress and maintains effective and efficient communication with all partiesProject Scheduling• Listens to Project needs and implements unique solutions to ensure delivery• Plans critical phasing for construction in occupied buildings involving critical services• Utilizes mainstream CPM software Project Change Management• Oversees Change Management on all types of procurement processes: negotiated, lump sum, cost plus, GMP. • Approaches change issues with both upstream and downstream partner relationship focus to ensure project fiscal success as well as future relationship management. • Understands all party's positions to best navigate project closeout. Project Engineering • Mentors Project Engineers on all aspects of project coordination: submittals, shop drawings, RFI's, and material procurement• Leads Quality role with project team to ensure quality expectations are achieved• Leads Safety role with project team to ensure safety expectations are achieved• Oversaw the complete BIM coordination on several $30+MM projects• Experienced in post-construction activities included acceptance testing, testing & balancing, commissioning, customer training, and warranty management implementation
