I have extensive expertise working with condominium corporations and commercial and residential properties. As a Commercial Account Executive for our commercial condominium insurance program, I take pride in developing trusted partnerships and relationships with clients as I work with them to identify risks and provide insurance solutions that fit their needs. I play an integral role in each step of the client journey. With over 20 years of property and casualty experience, I am proficient in managing and supporting new and existing clients, working diligently to find creative coverage solutions. I joined Cowan Insurance Group in 2014 and have worked across various teams in our Commercial Insurance department, including Small Business Insurance Solutions and Claims. On the Small Business Insurance Solutions team, I worked closely with business owners to understand their needs and provide risk management and insurance solutions. As a Claims Supervisor, I oversaw a claims team as they advocated for our clients to ensure they were protected and indemnified if a loss occurred. With an in-depth understanding of the claims process, my advice is invaluable for clients facing a loss. I hold a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. I am also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), Grand River Chapter.
