About Matthew Duplin

As the Lead Crisis RN at Griffin Hospital, I provide emergency nursing care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in acute and crisis situations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. I have also developed strong skills in triage, de-escalation, counseling, medication administration, and patient safety. In addition to my clinical role, I also have a background in clinical research, having participated in several projects across different therapeutic areas, such as oncology, pain management, immunology, and psychiatry. I have contributed to the design, planning, management, and analysis of clinical trials, as well as the publication of results in peer-reviewed journals. I am trained and experienced in pharmacokinetic analyses and study design, and have a certificate in pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of nursing, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities.
