An experienced strategy consulting leader designing solution-orientated initiatives in partnership with pharma and biotech leaders to further new therapies into clinical practice and make a difference to patients. My work primarily spans early and late development with emphasis in new product planning, opportunity assessments / BD & L, product strategy, launch strategy and planning, portfolio & franchise strategy (i.e, above asset), and forecasting.I bring focus on specialty diseases especially oncology (supported by my research background), immunology and CV/Met, and bring career experience across commercial, medical affairs and market access to drive cross-functional approaches and solutions.Select examples of recent work- support a top 10 pharma to design a lifecycle strategy for a leading pipeline asset by following the science to identify adjacent spaces in existing indications and uncover new indication opportunities, and define the "how" to get there (develop, partner, BD)- support a top 20 pharma to evaluate several in-licensing opportunities, including developing revenue forecasts and P&L/NPV assessments that account for headcount synergies with existing teams, leading to multi-billion dollar investments and acceleration of access- partner with a new biotech nearing their first launch in Europe to develop the asset's launch strategy and critical success factors, build regional and market launch plans to guide execution, evaluate ongoing risks / mitigation strategies, and secure day one priorities
