About Matthew Dyson

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Enterprise Mobility, I bring a wealth of expertise to every aspect of my professional journey. Currently serving as the Replacement Rental Director, I am entrusted with developing and managing our DC Metro Area Replacement Rental program, spanning insurance, collision, and dealer business lines. I am also responsible for the execution of our Leisure Rental division which includes our Exotic and EV divisions. Our DC market, employing over 1500 employees, currently consists of over 120 Daily Rental locations, IAD/DCA Airport locations, 6 Car Sales dealerships, 13 Truck Rental locations, Commute, Exotics and Fleet Management in DC, MD, VA and parts of WV. Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles, including Regional Risk Manager and Area Manager, where I spearheaded operations servicing Reagan National Airport and surrounding DC and Northern VA locations. In these capacities, I have been instrumental in developing and retaining top talent, optimizing service quality, rates, income, and growth, while diligently managing costs across multiple locations and overseeing a fleet of vehicles.
